Our BlackToe Boot Camp Training Program is tailored for runners gearing up for the 2024 Toronto or Mississauga half or full marathon. Designed specifically for those already clocking in 20km/week or more, this isn't your typical learn-to-run program. It's an and intensive 8-week course packed with workouts, expert tips, and educational content that will not only get you to the start-line in peak condition but it will also provide lasting benefits throughout your running endeavors. It is suitable for people training for their first Half or Full Marathon and for people who have run these distances before but want to get faster!
Boot Camp participants gain access to one of two meticulously crafted levels of Marathon and Half Marathon plans, catering to different fitness levels and aspirations. We go beyond just providing a training regimen; we empower you with the knowledge to adapt and optimize your training to suit your current fitness level.
